BPMA Pumping Technology - E-Learning

BPMA Courses

Who are we?

The British Pump Manufacturers' Association Ltd (BPMA) is a trade association representing the interests of UK and Irish suppliers of liquid pumps and pumping equipment.

What is e-Learning and how will it help me progress my career?

We offer two world-class e-Learning courses that can be taken individually or if taken alongside other BPMA training that will help raise the knowledge and awareness of students on the technical issues of pumping.

These courses, approved by Ofqual, the regulator of qualifications, examinations and assessments, are accredited and quality controlled by the National Open College Network (NOCN)

They are offered in accordance with the UK Qualifications and Credit Framework (RQF).

An NOCN certificate will be awarded upon successful course completion.

The certificate only records a pass. Therefore, the BPMA issues an additional certificate that will show the grading of Pass, Credit or Distinction

  • It is not intended to cover in-depth specialist subjects such as impeller design, stress analysis etc.
I have found this course to be helpful in my role as a Design engineer. I would recommend it to anyone just starting in the pump industry. A very Well organized and structured course with short crisp material
